This is the RP2040 Pro Micro microcontroller. It's a RP2040 based (pico pi) controller that can be used to make keyboards with QMK or Vial firmware. 25 pins are available to use as inputs for rows and columns. Headers are included but they are not soldered. It has a similar footprint to a "pro micro" MCU which is a popular controller for computer keyboard kits.
